Plans for the Future

On September 2, 2024, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev delivered his annual Address to the People of Kazakhstan titled "Just Kazakhstan: Law and Order, Economic Growth, Public Optimism."

The President's Address outlined the future development of the country and a shift towards tomorrow. This is crucial for the advancement of all sectors and the fate of the nation. The new Address, focused on addressing the urgent issues faced by every citizen, indicated that there will be many innovations in the development of the country and the lives of our people.

In line with discussions regarding the Address by President K. Tokayev, a meeting was organized on September 9, 2024, with Ph.D. in Philosophy, Associate Professors R.E. Junshiev and G.A. Gizatullina from the Department of Philosophy and Political Science.

The speakers emphasized the President's special attention to social issues, particularly the protection of children, the adoption of laws concerning the transfer of funds from the National Fund to children's accounts, the tightening of penalties for child abuse, and legislation aimed at ensuring the safety of children and preventing crimes against women and children. They also highlighted the issue of many citizens having multiple loans, which has become a societal threat.

They shared expert opinions on key aspects of the country's economic development, the approval of a national project for the modernization of the energy and utilities sectors, the ecological situation, and specific laws aimed at improving the well-being of the population.

Active participation in the discussion was provided by Associate Professors M.E. Minaydarova and A.A. Aladyina, Senior Lecturer Z.B. Mykhankova, and students from the Teacher Training Program in Russian Language and Literature.

Participants expressed solidarity with the President's view that where there is unity, there is life; emphasizing the importance of honest service to one’s country, diligent and honorable work, and the pursuit of deep education.
