Responsibilities:

• Managing the development of digital services and their quality through the coordination and organization of projects for the creation and development of services, taking into account user experience, as well as the results of research on employee requests;
• Development, together with the structural divisions of the University, of draft strategies, programs, and projects of measures aimed at the sustainable functioning of information systems and digital services;
• Formation and development of digital culture, involvement of employees in the process of digital transformation;
• Organization of activities for the provision of university business processes that allow analyzing, improving and automating current processes;
• Ensuring continuous analysis and optimization of business processes within the framework of the current activities of departments in order to ensure the digital transformation of the university.
