a) The applicant's application;

b) Сharacterization-recommendation to the applicant from the head of the department/scientific laboratory, indicating the topic of scientific research;

c) Extract from the decision of the Academic Council of the Institute/Faculty on nomination of the applicant for participation in the competition with indication of surname, first name, patronymic in full in nominative case, length of service in NCJSC "Taraz Regional University named after M. Kh. Dulaty"

d) A copy of the applicant's passport or identification cards proving the applicant's identity;

e) A list of scientific papers certified by the Academic Secretary;

f) Copies of Kazakhstani and foreign patents confirming that the applicant is the author or co-author of the invention, utility model or industrial design, certified by the Department of Science and Commercialization;

g) Copies of documents confirming the applicant's leadership in the performance of research and development works ordered by organizations, certified by the Department of Science and Commercialization;

h) Copies of documents confirming that the applicant is an awardee or winner in Kazakhstani and foreign scientific and scientific-technical competitive events (independently or as part of teams of scientists), including grants and subsidies, certified by the Department of Science and Commercialization.

i) The topic and program of the research work (according to the requirements of the Grant Financing Call for Proposals)
