Familiarization of students with the international «Bolashak» program

On February 19, as part of familiarization with academic mobility and scientific internship under the Bolashak program, a graduate of the Faculty of Humanities and Philology of the Department of «Foreign Philology and Translation studies» and the head of the department, Jolchibekova Kulandam Zhumagulovna, organized a meeting with first-year students.

The objectives of this meeting are to familiarize students with the success story of the graduate, to get information about the documents needed for this program, to familiarize them with the requirements that the employer is now putting forward to specialists and to develop relations between universities and with students.

In her welcoming speech, the head of the department, Jolchibekova Kulandam Zhumagulovna, noted that among the graduates of the faculty there are those who have achieved significant success in their professional careers thanks to these programs. So, among them is Oralbayev Yernaz, a sought-after translator who worked during his career as a translator in the akimat of Taraz city, who made his efforts to translate several books.

Yernaz Oralbayev shared with his student history, talked about building a professional career, as well as about the competencies and level of qualification requirements for translators.
