The purpose of training specialists in the field of land relations with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in solving issues of rational use and protection of land resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the field of accounting, registration of land and real estate appraisals, possessing theoretical knowledge, the necessary practical skills and able to use modern technologies of land cadastre and real estate property. Study programs are focused on the formation of special competencies associated with the necessary types of research and practical activities, adjusted to meet the requirements of employers and taking into account modern land-market relations.

The specific types of professional activities, for which the bachelor is mainly prepared, are determined by the higher educational institution together with the students, scientific and pedagogical workers of the university and the needs of the labor market of the southern region of the country.

A graduate, in accordance with the received training in study programs, must be ready to solve problems in the field of land management, and the state cadastre of real estate property, focused on the rational and efficient use of land as the main resource of the state.

The graduate must:

Know the legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure state control over the use and protection of land. Features of the main works on registration and accounting of land plots. Regulations on the introduction of a cadastre and monitoring of facilities, regulatory documents and methodological materials on environmental protection and rational use of land resources.

Be able to apply knowledge of the laws of the country in terms of legal issues of regulation of land disputes, control over the use of land and real estate. Maintain quantitative and qualitative records of land of all categories, types of ownership and land use in the Republic of Kazakhstan, acceptance of documents for the provision of public services in the field of state cadastral registration and state registration of rights.

Have the ability to develop an effective strategy and form an active policy in the field of land and property relations. Have the skills to work with contracts for any type of land transaction, assess land and real estate property. Possess the methods and techniques of drawing up projects and plans related to the use of land.
