Training of a biology teacher who has professional competencies in the field of biology, teaching methods, and pedagogical management, who is able to work in a team and in an updated educational conditions.Preparing highly qualified teacher of biology with knowledge of English, which has a high social and civic responsibility, able to carry out professional activities in the following areas: education and formation of comprehensively developed personality of the student; the formation of students systematized knowledge in the field of biology; organization of the pedagogical process in biology at the modern scientific level; implementation of scientific research, design work,using modern information and communication technologies.
The department oversees the educational process in the direction of preparation of bachelors, masters, doctoral students "Biology"; training of bachelors, masters of "Biology", bachelors of "Chemistry and Biology" in full-time higher education.Graduates are graduated in the following specialties
