The mission of the department is to train a socially and culturally developed, professionally competent personality of a teacher of elementary military training, capable of carrying out activities in constantly changing socio-economic conditions in educational institutions, teaching the disciplines of initial military training at an innovative level in accordance with the updated content of modern secondary education, as well as the demands of the labor market.

The criterion for matching the expectations of the consumer (student) from the implementation of the educational program is the maximum employment of graduates. Every year the salary of school teachers and college teachers increases, the status of a Teacher rises. In this regard, the analysis of the results of the employment of graduates shows a positive trend in the indicators of employment.
The professional activity of a bachelor of education is aimed at improving the educational process in educational institutions, as well as continuous improvement of their professional competencies according to the principle of “lifelong learning”. Provision of high-quality educational services in accordance with the updated content of education, the requirements of employers and the demands of the labor market, the introduction of innovative teaching methods, an increase in the information and communication literacy of students, the development of language competencies of students in the framework of multilingual education.
